Paul J. Roshka is the Past Chair of the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation. The Foundation's goal is to advance programs of pediatric care which directly contribute to the health and well-being of the children of Arizona. Mr. Roshka also serves on the Hospital's Board of Directors, and has agreed to serve as Chair of the Phoenix Children's Hospital Golf tournament in 2009 and 2010.

In 2005, the firm completed its capital campaign contributions to the Phoenix Children's Hospital and the Boy Scouts of America. The firm is proud to have made significant contributions to these very worthy organizations.

The firm was a major sponsor of the Bob Blesch Memorial Golf Tournament. The proceeds raised from the golf tournament were used to help Phoenix Children's Hospital provide funding for Camp Rainbow, a camp for 125 children between the ages 7 to 18 who have or have had cancer.

The firm is counsel to the Home of Miracles which benefits Phoenix Suns Charities, Phoenix Children's Hospital, and Arizona Republic Charities. The winner of the raffle was awarded a fully furnished home valued at over $650,000.

Michael W. Patten has been elected as Chair of the Board of Directors of Newtown Community Development Corporation and Land Trust. Newtown is a non-profit organization located in Tempe that focuses on homebuyer education and affordable housing. Newtown's unique and innovative strategies in addressing increasing homeownership in Tempe have been recognized by recent awards and significant grants from both the Arizona Department of Housing and Bank of America.

John E. DeWulf is a member of the Board of Directors of Social Venture Partners, an organization with the mission of promoting philanthropy in the community and building sustainable nonprofits. In 2005, Social Venture Partners was recognized by the magazine Fast Company as the "Social Capitalist" of the year.

Darlene M. Wauro is a member of the Director’s Circle of the Phoenix Zoo Guardians. The mission of this organization is to "inspire people to live in ways that promote the well-being of the natural world."
