  • Retained by an international pharmaceutical company in the defense of a class litigation asserting, among other things, fraudulent marketing and sales schemes

  • Obtained a favorable settlement for Arizona's oldest publicly traded company in a multi-million dollar partnership dispute concerning a major resort property in Sedona, Arizona

  • Prosecuted injunctive proceedings in Federal District Court for a major petroleum company challenging an $860 Million merger, resulting in a favorable settlement for the client

  • Served as local Plaintiffs' counsel for a multi-million dollar class action against one of the country's largest telecommunications company, which resulted in a favorable settlement for the class

  • Successfully defended the State's largest residential real estate company in a trial involving allegations of widespread scorpion infestation in a real estate development, achieving a favorable verdict

  • Represented one of Phoenix's largest landowners in its site proposal for a multiuse stadium for the NFL Arizona Cardinals

  • Retained by Special Committees of Boards of Directors of Fortune 500 and other public companies to conduct internal investigations regarding accounting issues and business practices.

  • Successfully prosecuted and defended dozen of securities firms and registered representatives in large dollar NASD Dispute Resolution, Inc. and New York Stock Exchange, Inc. arbitrations and mediations, including recently obtaining a $1.125 Million arbitration award for an individual investor.

  • Successfully represented clients in securities enforcement proceedings threatened or initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, NASD Regulation, Inc., the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. and state securities administrators.

  • Retained by the Board of Directors of a non-profit foundation to investigate allegations by federal and state authorities that the organization violated securities laws in connection with its sale of $550 Million of tax-exempt investments. Subsequently negotiated resolution of the matter with those authorities to maximize the return of funds to investors.

  • Represented one of the State's largest electric utilities in obtaining approvals for construction of various transmission lines and generating units before the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee

  • Represent one of the State's largest telecommunications utilities in regulatory proceedings before the Arizona Corporation Commission
